We use a third party payment service provider Stripe to process all transactions and orders on our website. We do not store your card details on our website.

We use a third party user managment dashboard that is hosted on our servers (ClientExec). No information is shared with ClientExec and nor do they have access to your information.

Google Analytics
www.cwhost.co.uk utilises Google Analytics (GA) to anonymous track user interaction throughout our website. GA tracks and collects data from users who are signed into Google and have consented to the service. GA tracks and collects the following information: Users location (city based); search history; YouTube history; data from sites that partner with Google. User interaction is tracked based on their: User ID; Google Signals; Device ID; Modelled Data. Anonymous Data is retained for a period of 2 months to allow CWHost to properly analyse and track website activity. 8. Who we share your data with

Your perosnal data is not shared with any third parties for any reason.

9. How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile for as long as the profile is active. An account is considered inactive if a user no longer chooses to use our services. User data will be retained for 3 months after an account has gone inactive. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username) by contacting support@cwhost.co.uk or accessing their user profile on our website. Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

10. What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site or have sent us an email you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
